Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Window

  • Some products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All products are not eligible for return or refund. Due to health and safety and most of the items being medical products, returns are limited. Please contact our office to make sure the product you are purchasing is returnable.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, custom-ordered products or items sold on clearance.
  • Certain types of items, such as refrigerated or sterile products are also non-returnable. Please check the product page for specific return information before making your purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely and include any related accessories or documentation. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as applicable. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
  • If the return is approved, you will receive your refund within a specified number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • For defective or damaged products, we offer exchanges or replacement parts. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for an exchange.
