SNT Biotech, a population health technology company, announced a go-to-market partnership with Waters Corporation to expand access to at-home cervical cancer screening nationwide and give women a choice beyond care in a clinic. The partnership brings the FDA-cleared Onclarity HPV Self-Collection Kit, enabled by the BD Onclarity HPV Assay, directly to health plan members who are overdue for screening.
SNT Biotech's fully integrated population health platform helps health plans, managed care organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and provider networks improve cervical cancer screening rates among their hard-to-engage Medicaid and commercial members. A simple kit arrives at home, a member collects her own sample privately, and mails it back with prepaid packaging. No appointment, no pelvic exam.
The platform reaches and educates members across the full screening journey, from member identification through multilingual text, email, and live-call outreach, to processing in SNT Biotech's own CLIA-certified and COLA-accredited laboratory. Results flow to members, primary care physicians, and health plan quality teams through real-time program dashboards, and the model is built to lift completion and return rates for underserved populations.
“We are thrilled to partner with Waters Corporation to advance women's health. The Onclarity HPV Self-Collection Kit, enabled by the BD Onclarity HPV Assay, which detects 14 high-risk HPV genotypes and uniquely distinguishes six individual genotypes and three strategically pooled results, offers the most comprehensive and informative HPV screening solution available in the U.S.,” said Shital Daftari, founder and CEO of SNT Biotech.
The announcement builds on the recent FDA clearance of the Onclarity HPV Self-Collection Kit for at-home use. Under federal guidelines, self-collected HPV screening will be covered at no cost to members of most insurers by 2027, so health plans that move now can be ready ahead of the coverage shift.
