Shital Daftari started SNT Biotech after noticing persistent disparities in health outcomes across underserved communities. So she decided to take screening to meet those populations where they are, at their homes, and to do it at a scale that measurably improves population health.
Under her leadership, SNT Biotech has grown into a fully integrated, enterprise-grade at-home screening company with its own high-complexity accredited laboratory, partnering with health plans nationwide to close gaps in care. A Harvard Business School alumna and nationally recognized entrepreneur, she leads with a focus on outcomes, equity, and disciplined execution.
