Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how SNT Biotech handles consumer health data, consistent with applicable consumer health data privacy laws. Where we process health information on behalf of a health plan or provider, that information is generally protected as PHI under HIPAA and this Notice does not limit those protections.

We may receive data from you directly, from a health plan or provider under contract, and through your use of our services. Website usage data is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

How we use and share it

We use consumer health data to deliver and improve screening services, coordinate results with your provider and plan, support quality and care gap programs, and comply with law. We do not sell consumer health data. We share it only with service providers and partners as needed to deliver contracted services, and as permitted or required by law.

• The right to withdraw consent to collection, use, or sharing where consent is the basis for processing.
