  • MadaJet Medical Instrument, Angle Head, 2 No. 400 Extenda Tips with ¾" Sheath, 32 oz MadaCide, MD30 Wrench, 507ST Stand, 3 Pyrex Fill Chambers, 3 Stylets, Custom Case Designed for patient comfort to reduce fear and trauma associated with traditional needle injections. Injects local anesthetics and other medicaments with greater ease and virtually no pain. Not only functions as an injection device to inject skin tissue, but is the only jet injector that allows physicians to inject through all body orifices for internal tissue infiltration (i.e., oral cavity & laryngeal area, vagina & cervix, rectum, ear & nose, open wounds & surgical openings). Provides instant local anesthesia for many procedures as well as adequate anesthesia for deep needle insertion. Due to the small volume of local anesthetics used by jet injection, tissue distention (ballooning) experienced with needle injections are virtually eliminated. May be used with local anesthetics, steroids and other medicaments. Has interchangeable Extenda Tips and sheaths for easy sterilization. Consistent depth of penetration of 4-4.5mm below the epithelium and makes a wheal at the base of the injection of 5-6mm in diameter. Consistent volume of 0.1cc per injection intradermally. Permits approximately 9 injections per 1cc, loading capacity of fill chamber of 4cc. Can be autoclaved or gas sterilized or disinfected with MadaCide solution. Full one year warranty.
